Items appearing in one warehouse list do not necessarily form one eligible international parcel. If a combined submission is blocked, establish which item condition is responsible before comparing a new shipping price.
Boonbuy’s public explanation, checked on 27 October 2026, identifies two causes: mailing restrictions on some selected items, and an independent-packaging designation that prevents an item from being submitted with other goods. The steps below organise those checks; they are not a diagnosis of an account we have inspected.
Preserve the message and the selected item list
Write down the exact message, the time and the item references selected when it appeared. Keep the destination and the selected shipping service beside that record. A description such as shipping does not work leaves too many different cases mixed together.
Make sure your note distinguishes an unavailable service from a rejected combination. If the interface does not explain the difference, record that uncertainty instead of inventing a cause. You can then ask support to identify the relevant restriction for the actual selection.
Do not create another paid shipment simply to produce a different result. The first task is to understand the available review information and the item conditions already shown in the account.
Look for an independent-packaging designation
Boonbuy’s help page says an item marked for independent packaging cannot be submitted for shipment together with other products. The Chinese wording in the notice is 独立包装. Treat this as a submission condition, rather than assuming it merely describes extra wrapping inside a shared box.
Check the affected item’s record and ask support to confirm the designation if its meaning is unclear. Removing a protective box or choosing another packing preference should not be assumed to remove the restriction.
If a separate shipment is required, obtain the applicable options for that item before accepting the additional cost. A general statement about consolidation cannot override the instruction attached to a particular order.
Compare the mailing conditions item by item
The same help page explains that mailing restrictions affecting some items can restrict a combined selection. Build a short table from the actual warehouse records:
| Item reference | Restriction or designation shown | Question still open |
|---|---|---|
| First selected item | Copy the actual wording | Does it apply to this destination and service? |
| Another selected item | Record any separate-packaging mark | Must it be submitted separately? |
| Item with no clear instruction | Mark the condition as unknown | What information does support need to assess it? |
If the interface lets you review a smaller selection without submitting a paid order, a change in the available choices can be a useful clue. It does not prove why the original combination failed or establish permission to ship an item whose acceptance is unresolved.
Keep platform acceptance separate from parcel grouping
Boonbuy also publishes a prohibited-items statement. A different grouping is not permission to ship an excluded item, and an item appearing in a discovery catalogue does not establish its acceptance for a shipping service.
Ask for the permitted next step when support identifies a restriction. Do not replace an item’s description or omit it from the declaration to make a selection appear eligible. For a fragrance-specific question, the existing fragrance guide covers the information to establish before buying a bottle; this article does not repeat that category assessment.
Request a decision for each affected item
Give support the item references, exact message and relevant destination, then ask two focused questions: which item condition blocks the combination, and what submission options are actually available for it?
Once the answer is clear, compare the resulting shipment plan with the earlier one. Use the shipping guide for revised cost inputs and the warehouse deadline article for any waiting items. Record the resolved restriction next to the affected item so that it is not accidentally added back into the same incompatible selection later.
