A spreadsheet-style directory is useful for finding a listing. The purchase decision still depends on the exact item, variant, seller information and shipping cost. Use this guide to keep those steps separate, especially if this is your first order from the US, UK or Europe.
Common terms in a Boonbuy spreadsheet
| Term | What it means here |
|---|---|
| Find | A candidate product listing to investigate, not a tested recommendation |
| Source link | A link back to the original listing or source supplied by the directory |
| W2C | Community shorthand for “where to cop”: asking where an item can be found or bought |
| QC | Quality-control information; in this guide, mainly warehouse-photo checks |
| Haul | A group of items discussed or ordered together; not a fixed parcel size |
The FashionReps terminology explanation is used only for the meaning of W2C. Community vocabulary does not establish current Boonbuy policies or seller reliability. If a source page does not open, use the product-link checklist before treating a similar search result as the same item.
1. Start with a category, not a large cart
Choose shoes, hoodies or another category that matches what you need. This website shows a small sample. Each product link opens its full listing in an external directory; the category button opens a broader selection there.
Keep a short list of links and write down the selected colour and size beside each one. Two similar photographs may lead to different sellers or variants. Compare the listing details rather than treating the model name as a specification.
For each candidate, keep four short notes:
| Record | What to write down |
|---|---|
| Source | The full product link, so similar listings remain distinguishable |
| Variant | The exact colour, size and other options you intend to select |
| Comparison | The seller measurement and the reference item measured the same way |
| Open question | The missing detail you need answered before ordering |
The starter selection gives you 18 examples across six categories to practise this process. If price is your starting point, use the under CNY 200 selection to identify candidates, then calculate shipping separately.
2. Read the full listing before ordering
Check the current item price, available variants, seller measurements and any domestic delivery charge. Our cards show USD estimates first and retain the original CNY prices. Both the listing observation date and reference exchange-rate date are shown below each grid; these are not live checkout quotes. We do not verify stock or personally test the listed items.
If a measurement or material detail is missing, ask for it before deciding. A product photograph cannot tell you how a garment will fit, how warm it is or how long it will last. Our sizing guide explains how to compare measurements without assuming one universal size conversion.
3. Understand the two payment stages
The official Boonbuy overview describes an item-purchase stage followed by a later international-shipping stage. A listing’s item price therefore does not tell you the final cost of getting a parcel to your door.
Keep the original CNY amount beside the currency and amount charged when you pay. Our fees and payments guide explains how to separate purchasing, conversion, payment and extra-service costs before comparing the later shipping quote.
Follow the current ordering instructions on the service you use. This guide does not take payment, place orders or manage a warehouse account. Keep order questions with Boonbuy’s own support and use the full source listing to investigate product details.
4. Review the warehouse information
Boonbuy currently advertises three free QC photos per item and 90 days of free storage on its official website. These are service statements checked on the review date, not our own test results. Read the current storage policy before leaving an order in the warehouse; free storage is not indefinite.
Free storage is counted from each item’s stock-in date. Purchases that arrive on different days can therefore have different expiry dates. Use the warehouse storage checklist to organise the oldest item first.
Compare the photos with your selected variant and look for visible issues. Resolve questions before onward shipping. If a return is needed, check the current seller and platform conditions promptly rather than assuming every item can be returned for free.
5. Get a destination-specific shipping quote
Gather the destination, parcel weight and dimensions, and compare the routes actually available to you. Read what is included in the quote and whether optional services add to it. Our shipping guide gives you a checklist for this comparison.
When you are ready to investigate a listing, browse more Boonbuy finds. Keep your list small enough that you can check each item properly.
